The South Tipperary Local Development Company has been given the go ahead to approve funding of quarter of a million Euro to Fethard Business and Tourism.
The restored building will contain a reception area, a café, a terrace overlooking the town walls, an exhibition area and an apartment with overnight accommodation.

Local Minister of State Tom Hayes says it will act as a focal point for visitors and tourists to Fethard and the surrounding area.
