Irish Water urged to change call centres to local areas

At the moment, if someone's supply is disrupted, they call the centre in Cork who then log the complaint and get onto the Local Authority to fix the problem. 

However, a lack of local knowledge is leading to some delays in locating the problems, especially in rural areas.
