Irish flights hit by Ryanair cancellations

Twelve flights into and out of Dublin are among the 57 cancelled by Ryanair today.

The airlines issued flight cancellations up until Wednesday but there are calls for it to provide greater clarity about what’s going on.

Ryanair is cancelling 50 to 60 flights per day over the next six weeks due to a “mess-up” in scheduling leave for pilots.

It’s understood the majority of passengers will be offered a refund or seats on a later flight.
