Ireland has joined a global trial to test a new treatment for early stage breast cancer.
There are 50 places available for Irish women on the trial at six hospitals across Cork, Waterford and Dublin.

Professor Bryan Hennessy is the Clinical Lead at Cancer Trials Ireland.
He says patients interested in taking part should ask their Medical Oncologist about the 'Pallas Trial'.
