A skull found in a field in north Dublin has been confirmed as human.
The State Pathologist says it came from a man, and Gardai are now checking missing person files to try to identify it.

The scene near Ravensdale Farm in Swords remains sealed off as a forensic examination continues.
The skull was found by workmen on Wednesday afternoon.
