Increase in burglaries across Tipperary

There was a 23% increase in burglaries across Tipperary last year.

The jump in the 12 months up to the end of last year is the third highest in the country.

Wexford had the highest rise at 45-percent.

There has been a consecutive increase of the national number of burglaries for 3 years with last year’s fgures up 2-percent
