IDA representatives to meet Thurles councillors.

IDA Ireland have agreed to meet with representatives from Thurles Town Council to discuss job creation in the region.

It's claimed the agency responsible for foreign direct investment into Ireland has not had a delegation to North Tipperary for ten years

Following a written request, the IDA says it would be happy to meet with representatives from the local authority.

Thurles Town Councillor Jim Ryan hopes that the meeting will lead to job creation in the town.
