The annual event, which is organised by South Tipperary Federation ICA, gets underway from the Clonmel Town Hall at 2.30.
Participants will take the popular Sli na Slainte route – all monies raised will go to the Breast Cancer Research Centre in Galway.

Over the years, the South Tipp ICA has raised over €1.5 million for the cause.
