HSE admits liability for death of Tipperary baby

The hospital also accepted responsibility for the failings which caused the death of Dylan Franks and said it should not have happened.

Baby Dylan died in the operating theatre shortly after his birth on March 6th, 2007.

His parents, Aidan and Elsie Franks of Scart, Roscrea today settled their action against the HSE over their sons’ death.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed in the High Court.
