Tipp house prices soar

The cost of buying a new home in Tipperary went up €12,500 in just the last three months.

That’s according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report in association with Bank of Ireland for Quarter 2 this year.

The website says the median asking price for a house in the premier county is now €225,000 or €235,000 for a 4-bed semi

Managing Director of MyHome Joanne Geary says the local property market is mirroring the national picture.
