The median asking price in the Premier County is now €212,500.

Managing Director of MyHom.ie Joanne Geary says house prices in Tipperary are still undergoing a correction after a surge last year.

This is the second quarter that local prices have gone down – but Joanne Geary says that was after an exceptional spike in the third quarter of 2024.
