Tipp house prices continue to rise

Tipperary house prices in the final three months of last year were 9-percent higher than a year previously.

The figure matches the national average in the latest Daft.ie House Price Report and it’s a steady increase locally with a rise of 9-percent also seen in the county during 2024.

The average price of a home in the Premier County is now €253,000.

That’s 41% above the level seen at the start of the Covid19 pandemic but still well below the national figure of €332,000 while in the capital, it was almost €700,000.
