Tipperary County Council is hoping to build 10 dwellings in the village.
These would be made up of four 2-bedroom and six 3-bedroom houses on a near half hectare site on Pound Street.
The plans will be on display at the Council offices in Nenagh and Clonmel until the end of the month as part of the Part 8 process.
Submissions or observations on the proposed development in the mid-Tipp village must be lodged by September 17th next.
