Plans for a housing development in Carrick on Suir have been lodged with Tipperary County Council.
JSF Property Holding Ltd is proposing 18 houses on John Street.
The works would entail the demolition of a derelict outbuilding on the site formerly known as Carrick House.
A decision is due from the planning authority towards the end of November.
