72 houses are to be built on the Cregg Road at Knocknaconnery.
The scheme will be made up of 4 two-bed, 40 three-bed and 24 four-bed houses together with 2 two-bed and 2 one-bed duplex units.

Wicklow based Luizshire Limited is the company behind the plans for the 2.8 hectare site which has the Cregg Lawn housing estate to the north and Cluain Cregg to the south.
