The former glove factory building in Tipperary Town has been restored after laying empty for almost 50 years.
The building, restored by Abercorn Development, with the support of Tipperary County Council, will be turned into 4 apartments, and received funding under the Historic Towns Initiative.
The outside of the building has been completed with period-style sash windows and the original stonework has been retained and repaired.
