44 grants have been issued to refurbish vacant properties in Tipperary during the first quarter of the year.
This brings to 449 the total in the Premier County since the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant was launched in 2022.

A grant of up to €50,000 is available for the refurbishment of vacant properties for occupation as a principal private residence or to be made available for rent.
Where a property is derelict, a top up grant of €20,000 is available, bringing the total grant available up to €70,000.
131 projects have been completed in Tipperary with the total value of grants paid out amounting to over €7 million locally.
