A major housing development in Clonmel has secured financial backing from Bank of Ireland.
The Coleville Woods scheme will see 122 dwellings built by Torca Homes – construction began on the site in December.

76 family homes are included together with 46 apartments with a formal sales launch expected next month.
Bank of Ireland has committed to provide €10.5 million in finance to support the building.
The financial institution has worked with Torca Homes in the past – the most recent being financing for 51 new family homes in Castleconnell, Co. Limerick.
