The cost of houses in Tipperary has risen 13.6 percent in the last 12 months.
The latest Daft.ie House Price Report the average now stands at €283,000 in the Premier – 58% above the level seen at the start of the Covid19 pandemic.

Nationally the cost of houses are 40 per cent higher than before the pandemic.
The typical cost of a home nationwide in the second quarter of the year was €357,851.
