Apartment development planned for North Tipp

News Housing Planning Tipperary County Council

Proposals for an apartment development in Nenagh have been lodged with Tipperary County Council.

The application from Ennis based Michael Eustace & Co. Ltd. is for St Conlons Road in the town.

If approved it would entail the demolition of a derelict dwelling house which would be replaced by twelve 2-bedroom apartments in three separate blocks.

The site is located adjacent to the entrance to Coille Bheithe

A decision is due from planning officials by January 11th next.
