Over €3 million has been allocated to Tipperary under the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant.
544 applications have been lodged with the Department of Housing from the Premier County with 412 approved to date.
According to the latest figures 33 have been rejected while 64 grants have been issued on the completion of works.
Under the vacant property refurbishment grant, you can receive a payment of up to €70,000 to turn a vacant or derelict house or building into your permanent home or a rental property.
The grants are paid out upon the completion of the works.
To date, Donegal County Council holds the highest number of applications at 1,042 with 715 approvals and 93 grant payments.
