The proposals from Baile Ard Developments Ltd is for 31 residential units – these would comprise fifteen 2-bed houses, twelve 3-bed, six 2-storey terraced building and four 1-bed units in a two-storey building.

The submission from the Kerry registered company is for a greenfield site at Silver View.
The application is currently at pre-validation stage.
