Hopes Tipperary Co Co could have suicide prevention officer in 2016

Efforts to secure such a position have been ongoing for some time with the issue raised at the recent HSE West Health forum as well as at local authority level.

Council CEO Joe McGrath has promised they will look at finding money for a suicide prevention officer in their 2016 budget.
