The issue of dog fouling was raised at this weeks meeting of Carrick on Suir Municipal District, where Sinn Fein Councillor David Dunne called for the specialised bins provided there to be rolled out across the county.
Councillor Dunne says some dog owners who are not using the facilities on the popular River Walk are making life difficult for everyone else.
