Higgins to attend London 1916 commemorations

The Irish Ambassador to the UK Dan Mulhall will host a reception for the President and his wife Sabina Higgins.

The couple will also attend the 'Imagining Ireland' concert, which will feature songs from the two countries over the past hundred years.
