Deputy Seamus Healy says having already insulted pensioners with a miserly €3 budget increase Joan Burton has already taken it back from a number of them.
He claims that she has instructed officers at the Department of Social Welfare to cut that €3 from pensioners who require a special diet.

Deputy Healy said he had met a lady while on the canvass who had the €3 taken off her by the HSE to go towards her diet needs…he said this was a disgrace.
