UHL accounts for 30% of hospital patients without a bed in Ireland today

There are no beds available for 259 people who have admitted to Irish hospitals today.

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation University Hospital Limerick is again the most overcrowded.

The facility which serves North Tipp, Limerick and Clare has 76 patients on trolleys which means once again it accounts for 30% of the overall total.

CUH in Cork is next in line with 23.

There are 16 patients on trolleys at TUH in Clonmel.
