An empty property in Carrick on Suir is said to drawing rats and causing a headache for neighbouring businesses.
Concerns have been expressed about the site at Ballylynch which is also causing problems for nearby homes.
A liquidator was appointed to Filmco in March of this year.
The company recycled farm plastics – local Sinn Féin Councillor David Dunne says the residue from this is adding to the problem.
