A North Tipperary member of the Regional Health Forum West has tabled a number of questions for the next sitting of the body.
The Forum covers an area stretching from Donegal down to Limerick including North Tipp and has 40 members of local authorities across the area.
Councillor Seamie Morris is one of three representatives of Tipperary County Council sitting on the forum.
The Nenagh based Independent is seeking a complete breakdown from the HSE of any Fire Safety inspections at the Emergency Department of University Hospital Limerick and any actions taken from January 2022 to June of this year.
Seamie Morris is also looking for a copy of the tender documents between Bartra Healthcare and the HSE for running the 50 Bed Nursing Home at Tyone Nenagh, including the start and end date of the contract.
Councillor Morris is also looking for details of what measures are being taken to address the current gaps in the North Tipperary Children’s Disability Services and what strategies are being implemented by the HSE to enhance the availability, quality, and accessibility of mental health support in North Tipperary and particularly for youth Mental Health.
The next meeting of the Regional Health Forum West will take place on November 26th.
