Nationally the numbers have reduced from 761 to 700.
14 people who have been admitted to Tipperary University Hospital in Clonmel are being cared for on trollies while there are 3 patients without a bed at Nenagh Hospital.
Flu admissions are the main cause of the surge in overcrowding in recent days.
