Tipperary Fianna Fáil TD Ryan O’Meara says this will provide help for a range of people.

“This increased funding will provide vital support for older people, people with disabilities and those with mobility issues to live independently in their own homes.

“This funding is about giving people dignity, comfort and safety in their home – whether its installing a stair-lift, modifying a bathroom or making a house wheelchair accessible – these grants make a real difference.”
