150 people who have been admitted to the three main hospitals serving County Tipperary are without a bed today.
They are among 669 patients on trolleys in hospitals around the country this afternoon.

The INMO says 430 of those are in emergency departments, while 239 are in wards elsewhere.
University Hospital Limerick accounts for the largest number of people waiting for beds, with 123, followed by Cork University Hospital with 65.
Frontline staff at Tipperary University Hospital in Clonmel are caring for 20 patients on trolleys while there are 7 people without a bed at Nenagh General.
