Forecasters are warning Louisiana is ‘under the gun’ of the same weather system which caused catastrophic flooding in Texas.
Hurricane Harvey – which killed at least 30 people – has weakened as it travels over Louisiana.

But the prediction is flooding will continue.
Meanwhile two people are dead and up to 40 missing after a residential building collapsed in the Indian city of Mumbai.
The four-storey block gave way after heavy rains, which had already killed 10 people.
A 43-strong rescue team are trying to find survivors.
