Gleeson’s record increase in profit

The Gleeson Group has recorded a marginal increase in profits for last year.

The company behind Tipperary Water have reported profits of €4.8 million in the year to the end of June 2011 – up €300,000.

Turnover for the year was €261 million – an increase of almost 19%.

As well as Tipperary Water, M&J Gleeson also have Finches soft drinks, Devil's Bit cider and a number of other brands on their books.
