Gardai are appealing for witnesses following a stabbing incident Thurles early this morning.
The incident occurred at the entrance road to Móin Na Cíbe.

A 22-year-old male who sustained stab wounds during the incident was taken by ambulance to Clonmel Hospital.
The scene has been preserved for a technical and forensic examination.
A knife was recovered near to the scene by Gardai during follow up searches.
A man in his 30's has been arrested and is being held at Thurles Garda Station.
