Gardai in Clonmel are investigating after almost five thousand euro of ecstacy tablets were discovered
during the search of a house in the town yesterday.
A man arrested in connection with the find has since been released
As part of Operation Over Watch, members of the Divisional drug unit based in Clonmel conducted a search of house in Clonmel town yesterday evening.
As part of the search, approximately five thousand worth of ecstacy tablete were seized.
A man in his forties was arrested in connection with the find and was detained for a time at Clonmel Garda station.
He has since been released and a file is to be sent to the DPP.
