Gardai name young man who died after a tree fell on his car

Gardai have named a young man who died after a tree fell on his car during Storm Éowyn as 20-year-old Kacper Dudek.

An investigation is continuing into the incident which happened at Raphoe, in County Donegal yesterday morning.

The N14 remains closed and local diversions are in place while Garda Forensic Collision Investigators conduct a full examination of the scene.

Meanwhile, new weather warning have been issued with another storm set to bring wet and windy conditions for tomorrow and Monday.

Met Eireann has a 12-hour yellow alert for rain kicking in at 5am and a similar 12-hour warning for wind starting and hour later at 6am.
