A Tipperary TD is calling for a massive new focus on community policing to combat rural crime.
Seamus Healey says it would also help address anti-social behaviour in our towns.

The Independent TD says the current system for community policing has been undermined by a lack of investment and staffing.
He says the numbers of Gardaí involved has fallen by nearly half in recent years.
