OPW Minister Kevin ‘Boxer’ Moran, who met with local representatives in Tipperary today, says the facility will remain open, and will be handed over to the public.
The ownership of the club – which is linked to the Garda Training College – had been in question amid fears it may be closed.
Local Councillor Eddie Moran says the Minister is confident there’ll be a positive outcome.
