Funding problems of Tipp animal welfare groups highlighted

This month's meeting of Tipp County Council heard that nearly 1 in 5 of the dogs taken in by the local authority have to be destroyed.

Sinn Fein Councillor Seamie Morris and Nenagh-based postman says this is unacceptable.
