The Independent Chair of the Tipperary Town task force has started to transform the town.
Carmel Fox was appointed as chair of the Town Revitalisation Process with special responsibility for Housing and Urban Development.
Speaking to Tipp FM news she explained the plans she has in place for the town for the coming year.
