Former Tánaiste Ray MacSharry has been told he cannot have a copy of a dossier which connects him with alleged tax evasion.
The former Fianna Fáil TD has asked the Public Accounts Committee for a copy of the dossier, compiled by whistleblower Gerry Ryan.

Sinn Féin's Mary Lou McDonald used Dáil privilege to name Mr. MacSharry as one of the people listed in the dossier.
But the P-A-C says it doesn't own the documents, which are not privileged, and it's writing to Mr. MacSharry saying it can't help him.
