A former NAMA official accused of disclosing confidential information has failed to appear before court to enter a plea.
Enda Farrell with a listed address of La Reine, Avenue Louise, Brussels, Belgium and formerly of Dunboyne, Co Meath appeared before the District Court last year where his case was sent forward to Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
He is facing 13 charges for disclosing confidential information contrary to the NAMA Act.
The alleged offences date to May, June and July 2012.
The 38 year old was due to appear before Judge Martin Nolan today to indicate a plea.
His defence counsel Michael Bowman explained to the court that Mr Farrell now lives in France and his wife has a commitment in Germany lasting for two weeks.
The barrister said his client had to care for their two young children in the meantime.
The prosecution consented to the case being adjourned for three weeks on the basis that the accused has been fully co-operative to date.
Judge Nolan listed the matter for March 16th and said he will issue a bench warrant if Mr Farrell fails to turn up on that date.
