An orange weather alert for fog is in place across Tipperary this morning with Met Eireann not expecting conditions to improve in places until this afternoon.
Dense fog is reported on most routes in the county with extreme caution.

Motorists are being advised not to tailgate vehicles in front while pedestrians and cyclists are being urged to make sure they can be seen.
