The first week of the Jason Corbett murder trial came to a close following evidence from a Crime Scene Examiner.
Lieutenant Frank Young received a call at his home just after 3.30am to be informed of the circumstances of how Limerick man Mr Corbett lost his life at his home in North Carolina.
He photographed the accused Molly Martens Corbett and Thomas Martens shortly after Mr.Corbett’s death – both deny the second degree murder charge against them.
Ralph Riegel, Southern Correspondent with the Irish Independent, said Lieutenant Young’s testimony confirmed earlier statements from the paramedics that there were no marks, injuries, scratches or bruises on Ms Martens or her father.
