Cyril Roux says he would be adopting the role of a broker if the Central Bank offered a comparison service between premiums.
The Health Insurance Authority already offers a comparison service between health premiums, but the Central Bank doesn't.

Appearing at the Oireachtas Finance committee today – Mr Roux says it would be 'inappropriate' for him to offer a similar service.
