Fianna Fail criticise proposed tax changes

The party has already begun making election promises – saying they'll cut the higher rate of tax if they're re-elected. 

Enda Kenny says the government already plans to bring the rate down to 50 per cent in next year's budget.

But Fianna Fail's Michael McGrath says the changes leave many families behind.
