The majority of monies for 2014 have already been allocated but with areas like Gortnahoe, Ballysloe and Glenbane now under the remit of a different municipal its unclear if those roadways will be allocated funds.
Fianna Fail's Seamus Hanafin raised the issue with council officals this week.
