Transport Minister Leo Varadkar says there are no plans to curb current services but admitted that if the budget couldn't be balanced then it would be something that may have to be looked at.
Minister Varadkar says their no justification for additional funding for the railways, some of which are serious underperforming in terms of passenger numbers.
