Extension of Thurles school opens new chapter

The opening of the new school extension in the Ursuline Convent Secondary School in Thurles  is the start of a  new chapter in the story of the school.
That's the message from Independent TD Michael Lowry.
  He said the many improvements made as a resuilt of this  extension will help advance the school into the future.
Deputy Lowry praised the huge efforts of all involved over the past number of years to make sure the project became a reality despite the many problems that had to be overcome.
